To assist with your planning, the CIM CONNECT 2026 Housing Team (in partnership with ConferenceDirect, the official housing provider for CIM CONNECT) has contracted hotel rooms in Vancouver. A variety of room and price categories in different hotels are available for conference delegates and groups.

April 1, 2026 - Preferred Room Rate Cut-Off Date
Preferred room rates for CIM CONNECT 2026 are available through April 1, 2026. No guarantee of preferred rates after this date at any of the host hotels.

April 1, 2026 – Reservation Modification and Cancellation Cut-Off Date
You may modify or cancel reservations via the web or the CIM CONNECT 2026 Housing Bureau through April 1, 2026
April 2, 2026 – Housing Bureau Close Date
The Housing Bureau will be officially closed on April 2, 2026. Any reservation, modification or cancellation past that date must be made with the hotels directly.
We recommend that you refrain from contacting your hotel directly until Monday, April 6, 2026, as hotels require a few days to enter all reservations in their systems.
