Key Dates
March 31, 2025 - Preferred Room Rate Cut-Off Date
Preferred room rates for CIM CONNECT 2025 are available through March 31, 2025. No guarantee of preferred rates after this date at any of the host hotels.

March 31, 2025 - Reservation Modification and Cancellation Cut-off Date
You may modify or cancel reservations via the web or the CIM CONNECT 2025 Housing bureau by March 31, 2025.
April 1, 2025 - Housing Bureau Closing Date
The Housing Bureau will be officially closed on April 1st, 2025. Any reservation, modification or cancellation past that date must be made with the hotels directly.
We recommend that you call your hotel on or after April 4, 2025, as hotels require a few days to enter all reservations in their systems.
