About the instructor:
Norm Keith, KPMG Law LLP is a former hard-rock miner in the Sudbury Basin who transitioned into a distinguished legal career as a senior practitioner in labour and employment law, occupational health and safety, environmental law, internal and government investigations, regulatory and white-collar defence, and ESG and CSR matters. He routinely advises and represents corporate clients during periods of crisis and provides strategic counsel to management on investigations, mediation and conciliation, legal risk management, compliance, and enforcement.
