Business Meeting Rooms

Private meeting rooms are available for rent for half-day or full-day meetings on Sunday, May 4, OR Wednesday, May 7, 2025.

Please note that all meeting attendees must have a CIM Connect 2025 badge to access the meeting area.

CIM Connect: Room Sizes and Pricing

Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on room availability.

All fees associated with the meeting including room rental, audio visual equipment and food and beverage will be invoiced after the conference. A 25% CIM service fee will be applied to the total.
