Keynote Speaker: Ammar Al-Joundi
President & Chief Executive Officer, Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd.
Mr. Al-Joundi became President and CEO of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited in February 2022, after serving as President from 2015 to 2022 and as Senior VP and CFO. With over 20 years of experience in finance, business strategy, and mining, he previously held senior roles at Barrick Gold, including CFO and Senior EVP, and worked at Citibank Canada. Mr. Al-Joundi is a Professional Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering degree (University of Toronto) and an MBA (University of Western Ontario).
