Submit your ePoster and take the stage

Everything you need to know, step by step

1. Click here to submit your abstract, before March, 20.

Select your presentation type: Student Poster Presentation.
Under the field ‘Select a topic’ choose: Student Poster Competition.

2. Don’t forget to register for the conference.

3. Once your abstract is approved (after March 23) upload a 2–5 minute video summary of your presentation.

4. By April 23, upload your PDF e-poster in the system.

CIM is proud to support the next generation of minerals and metals professionals through the Future Leaders Support Program for CIM CONNECT 2026. This initiative is designed to encourage student participation, foster engagement, and promote knowledge sharing by helping offset registration, travel and accommodation costs for students attending the conference.
