Business Meeting Rooms

Private meeting rooms are available for rental for half day or full day meetings.

All guests attending meetings must have a CIM Connect 2024 badge to enter the meeting area.

CIM Connect: Room Size and Pricing

Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, based on room availability.

All fees associated with the meeting including room rental, audio visual equipment and food and beverage will be invoiced after the conference. A 25% CIM service fee will be applied to the total.
